Shipping / Returns

We’re so happy that you chose us for your personal hygiene, disinfectants, and wellness needs!  We take pride in our products and fully stand behind them.


How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders generally take up to 1-2 business days before they leave our warehouse, which is open from 9am – 5pm pst, Monday through Friday. While we do our best to try and ensure that all orders placed on Fridays are able to be shipped on the same day, there is a possibility that your package may not be shipped until the following Monday.

Can I track my order?
Yep! After your order has left our warehouse, we send you an email with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your shipment. If you do not include your email in the order, we will not be able to provide you with this information.

In certain cases the shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather, including expedited shipping. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters.

What if my order still hasn’t shipped after 2 business days?
If you provided your email at checkout and still haven’t received the tracking information after 2 business days, please contact us at so that we can look into it for you.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes. However, larger shipping rates may apply. These are calculated for you automatically within the shopping cart. You are also responsible for paying applicable duties. Any costs for returns resulting for your refusal or failure to pay duties.

Do you ship to Military APO's or PO Boxes?
Yes, but delivery to these destinations is not always guaranteed, so whenever possible, please provide a physical address on all orders.



While we stand behind all our products, we also understand that in certain cases changes may have happened since the time you placed your order.

Can I return my order?
We do accept returns of our products on the condition that the product is unused and unopened and is returned within 30 days of the order.

Will I get the full amount refunded?
All returns are paid in full, less the cost of shipping based on original form of payment. Additionally, we are not responsible for the shipping costs of any returned products.

How soon will my refund be processed?
If the products are unused and unopened, your return will be processed within 5-7 days of the return being received by our warehouse. However, your bank or credit card may also require an additional 5-7 days for processing the return. If you have not received the refund within 10 days, please feel free to contact us at to inquire about the status.  

What if I received a defective product?
If you believe the product was defective, please notify us at immediately for further instruction.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, once the order has arrived, you may return it for a full refund, less the shipping cost, so long as the return is shipped within 30 days and has not been opened or used.

I bought the wrong product and want to exchange it. Can I do that?
We do offer exchanges, however, if your product has already shipped we can only provide an exchange value of the cost of your purchase less the cost of shipping. Additional shipping charges on the product you are exchanging for may also apply.

Can I return one of your products that I bought from another store?
If you purchased a product through a store that was not, please refer to their return policy. If for some reason their return policy does not allow for returns, please contact us at to see what options may be available.
